I had a lot of fun painting this sliced apple. I didn't plan on doing a painting tonight. I'm really happy I ended up painting. I didn't put much thought into these apples, and I'm sure that's why this turned out to be a great painting. I'm happy :)

I primed the canvas with a neon green acrylic paint first. Once it dried, I laid out the outline of the apples with magenta...and they had a mind all their own after that.
