I went full palette on this one, all the way from french ultramarine to permanent rose. She was a lot of fun to paint, especially her hair. I'm sure the sunny weather we've been having influenced this piece and the title, not to mention her golden hair. I'll be showing her at Art Walk, June 5th, at the Carling.
